We designed Drenovo as a complete and functional neighbourhood of single-family houses with great emphasis on the external landscaping of the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood envisions a total of 78 energy-efficient terraced houses in nine rows. The houses will have a uniform look, completed on a turnkey basis and with fully landscaped appertaining plot.
The well-premeditated architectural design of the neighbourhood also includes the landscaping of common areas intended for pleasant socializing and spending free time, as well as children's safe play. Additional common parking spaces for visitors will be arranged, while there will be no other traffic in the neighbourhood.
Carefully selected quality installation materials, aesthetic perfection and attractive interior layout are a guarantee that you will feel truly comfortable in the Drenovo house.
There are two different types of Drenovo houses with 150 m2 of living space and between 140 and 900 m2 of land. The living rooms are located on the ground floor, while the first floor is designed with three bedrooms and two bathrooms or four bedrooms and one bathroom.
The houses are classified in energy efficiency classes B1 and B2 with very low operating costs.
The houses are designed as prefabricated buildings with a wooden load-bearing structure and the walls put up according to the large-scale mounting system. They are insulated with stone wool and with thermal insulation facade.
The floors are made as micro-reinforced cement screeds. Dry rooms are covered with oak parquet, while the sanitary and technical rooms with floor and partly wall ceramics.
Anti-burglary single leaf front doors are made of spruce wood, with appropriate thermal and sound protection.
Wooden windows are made of quality multi-layer glued solid spruce wood with double sealing and glazed with three-layer insulating glass. External motor-driven blinds are installed for shading.
The bathrooms and toilets have completed sanitary equipment installed and are equipped with sanitary fittings.
Own high-efficiency air-to-water heat pump is installed, as well as underfloor heating. Preparations have also been made for the installation of two split air conditioners.
A built-in LUNOS ventilation system with recuperation, which ensures an optimal living climate in all seasons.
At the back of the house there is a neatly arranged terrace with wooden floors and a garden shed made of metal construction and spruce formwork.
A carport for two cars is built in front of the house.
Exterior pavement consists of granite cubes and embedded concrete, arranged in combination with river gravel. At the front and back side of the house, there is a lawn with planted ornamental shrubs.
Durable, economical, internationally recognized, technologically tested and strictly controlled Marles construction ensures high living comfort. Marles houses are fire, flood and earthquake proof, in addition to being adequately thermally and sound insulated.
